摘要：
The European Union's relationship with Latin America transiting new horizons after AL-CUE VI Summit of Madrid held in 2010 and continued by I CELAC-EU Summit, which occurred in January 2013. The fact is that the objective of constituting a Strategic Association is closer than ever. The skepticism and lack of trust in the potential of this regional relationship, within the international political and economic context, give way to a wide range of possibilities and opportunities that should not be left ignored.
