摘要：
It would be the right to the "Environment ecologically balanced" an extension of the Basic Rights, or the base for all the other rights? Any ideal reply for this questioning it will relate sustainability to the protection of the Human Rights and to the preservation of the Environment. This project will argue the narrow relation between these three pillars of the welfare human. The speech will certify that the ambient balance is neuralgic point of the sustainability and the effectuation of the human rights.
