NPIT - A NEW REAGENT FOR QUANTITATIVELY MONITORING REACTIONS OF AMINES IN COMBINATORIAL SYNTHESIS

摘要
A new reagent, nitro phenylisothiocyanate-O-trityl (NPIT), has been developed for the quantitative or qualitative analysis of amines on solid support. NPIT can be used to efficiently monitor reactions involving less reactive amines during combinatorial synthesis of compound library mixtures.
