摘要
A poly(3-alkylthiophene)/C60 junction device is provided. Its photoresponse gives evidence of the photoinduced charge transfer between poly(3-alkylthiophene) and C60. The photovoltaic effect in this device is observed. The current-voltage characteristics are found to depend on the wavelength of the illumination light.
