摘要
The single-ion axial anisotropy parameter D for Co2+ in CdSe was determined both from the magnetization step (MST) arising from isolated ions and by EPR. The MST, measured at 30 mK, gave 2D=0.95±0.02 cm-1. The EPR data, obtained with frequencies in the X band, gave 2D=0.936±0.01 cm-1. These values are substantially below the early EPR result of Hoshina, 2D=1.54±0.03 cm-1. It is shown that Hoshina's value was based on a misidentification of one of the resonances. © 1995 The American Physical Society.
