摘要
The influence of light intensity, from 7.9 to 109 W/m(2), on the biochemical composition of Tetraselmis sp. has been studied. The chlorophyll, proteins and lipids contents (% dry weight) as well as chlorophyll productivity decrease with light intensity increase. On the contrary proteins and lipids productivities increase with light intensity increase. There is no influence of light intensity on the differents fractions of the fatty acids considered. The mean value of the rate n3/n6 means a good nutritional value of Tetraselmis sp. for its use in aquaculture.
