摘要
In scientific literature, the number of publications regarding the effects of martial arts on psychosomatics and psychotherapy is relatively low, although many potentialities are suggested. The practice of ritualized actions of attack and defence form a common dialogue of movement. The perception of body posture, movement patterns and interaction behaviour is experienced through the relation with your partner. The article describes the different aspects within this confrontation and relates these to psychosomatic diseases. A case study is also illustrated. The article additionally describes the indications and contraindications of the method.
