摘要
Knowledge Transfer in the implantation of a Project Management Office (PMO) is a critical aspect, do to the market high competitiveness which has demand for high speed and accuracy on project development in organizations, covering shorter periods, costs and shortage of qualified manpower and equipment to support the project. The knowledge management organizational in the deployment of a PMO is critical to ensuring a competitive edge, along with the commitment of top management, which subsidizes this deployment. The aim of this paper is described as transfer knowledge in deploying a project management office considering the maturity of lifelong learning deployment, using as case study a company's steel segment belonging to a major producer of steel worldwide.
