摘要
Photoinduced electron transfer in covalently linked porphyrin-quinone compounds is strongly temperature dependent in the glass forming solvent methyl-tetrahydrofurane. At high temperatures the transfer is thermally activated with an activation energy of 0.09 eV. Electron transfer rates at low temperatures are solvent controlled, but at high temperatures the interpretation is not conclusive with respect to non-adiabatic or solvent controlled adiabatic electron transfer.
