The teaching and its challenges: a critical look about commercialization of education

摘要
The art of teaching is part of a fertile field for discussion, given that the current educational policies have conducted relevant studies that corroborate much of this soil for fertilization. Thus, this work back as center of his discussion a heated debate regarding this training, their challenges, and also a critical regarding the commercialization of education, in particular higher. It was deemed necessary for this research was used only for consultation of bibliographic field. This study was built from some questions regarding the policies of teacher education, such as the gap that exists between theory and educational practice, the appalling working conditions that the teacher submits; disqualification, still, some teachers who are in the same classroom with the expansion of higher education, the creation of federal government programs for education and the fact that still find themselves in precarious conditions and remuneration unfair to teachers. This is a survey of grounding in theoretical studies that have developed in education, including: Tardif (2010), Gati (2009), Oliveira (2003), Ferri (2010), Carvalho (2006), among others. It is worth noting, though, that this debate has not closed, given that the same it is a small sample of a bigger research that has developed over a year and a half. It is therefore a research paper for the purpose of acquiring a Master's degree in Human Development, whose theme is dissolved in these lines will be unveiled along the discursive reading this article, a chapter of the aforementioned masters dissertation.
