摘要
The subcellular localization of lipoxygenase-1 and -2 in the cotyledons of germinating soybean seeds [Glycine max (L.) Merr. Amsoy] and seedlings was investigated by direct labeling with immunogold complexes. Both lipoxygenase-1 and -2 were localized in the cytoplasm of all cotyledon cells. No gold labeling was observed on mitochondria, glyoxysomes, protein bodies, lipid bodies, or other organelles.
