摘要
The article deals with the problem of the use of ICT for teaching children with special needs and readiness of school teachers to introduce advanced international experience in practice. There are identified the causes of insufficient use of ICT in different classes and extracurricular work of the teaching staff of special schools. Based on the collected materials and conducted study it is attempted to establish the level of ICT competence of teachers of special schools for children with hearing impairments. There is highlighted the experience of Russian teachers and practitioners who proved that the use of computer technology in lessons shows that the computer helps to organize efficiently the structure of the lesson.
