PHYSICOCHEMICAL MODELING OF SOLUTE RETENTION IN REVERSED-PHASE LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHY WITH ACETONITRILE PHOSPHATE BUFFER ELUENTS

摘要
The new retention model originally developed for reversed phase liquid chromatographic systems employing acetonitrile - water mobile phases has been adapted for description of solute retention in analogous systems using acetonitrile - phosphate buffer mixtures. The basic physical relationships of this approach have been experimentally tested very carefully, and excellent agreement found between theory and practice of the phenomenon considered.
