摘要：

The digital data transmission service provided by Bezeq, the Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd., started as Bezeq's entry to the competitive corporate network market, utilizing the advanced state of the digital infrastructure in Israel and implementing a custom designed TDM transmission network as an answer to large corporate needs-many lines, country-wide deployment, high bit rates, transparent transmission, high availability, customer control and compatibility with the existing customer network. This activity evolved to become a general transmission infrastructure for leased digital data lines. This paper presents the main ideas behind this new service and report its features and present state. © 1990.
