摘要：

In the article the computer support of university management is considered to improve the efficiency of the institution and the quality of training. A modular information system based on free software that provides a solution to problems of data collection, processing, storage and efficient use of information in university activities is offered. On the basis of generalization of experience of development and practical use of the integrated informative system "Electronic University" in the Khmelnitsky National University the recommendations for the construction of the system of computer support of university management are formed.
