摘要：

We analized seed selection by gravitational method and seed germination capacity of higueron (Ficus citrifolia Mill), species identified with watershed protection in the dry forests of the province of Loja. Pelleted seed germination was evidenced by 34,5% on average with a maximum power of germination at 15 days.
