摘要
The problem of phonon transport in crystals with heavy defects is studied. A nontrivial behavior of the phonon diffusion coefficient near the quasilocal frequency concerned with the dwell effect is found. Two independent approaches - the diagrammatic and kinetic ones - are proposed.
