摘要：

Integration of both active and passive temperature sensors onto silicon provides a wide choice of price and performance options. The devices are small rugged, and accurate. It is possible to find integrated temperature controllers that offer complete management systems on a chip. Many devices are available for measuring temperature electrically, notably thermistors, thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), and semiconductor sensors.
