摘要：
The article aims to analyze the relationship between philosophy and justice in the historical course of humanity. In this intertwining philosophy and justice will be to detect the influences on the right in the path of humanity, seeking to understand the basis of the right in the course of history, in order to explain what were the precipuas jusfilosoficas slopes over time, draining the post modernity and model adiaforo law justified at present, more steeped in technique and efficiency, less committed to the integument and legal ontology. Will exhibit significant currents of philosophical thought and its connection with the fair in the legal field. Address will be the theme dialectically with procedures and comparative historical events glimpsed in sequence, for in the end, provide a constructivist concept of justice that foundation and give validity to right this instant coeval.
