摘要：
It is examine the meaning, contents and communications between concepts: "vocational training" - "professional training" - "a pedagogical system" - "pedagogical conditions" - "qualification" - "competence". Concepts are a scientific- theoretical basis of determining and research of pedagogical conditions of professional training of experts in college. The concept "competence" is wider, than concept "qualification". It unites availability of knowledge of skills for executing a determined kind of operation and personal, a composite characteristic of the person.
