摘要
There are several perspectives from which the State has been approached. Philosophy, law, history, political sciences and sociology have been the most significant; nevertheless, the anthropology of the State has been absent (although we find a remarkable development in political anthropology). It is important to perform an anthropological approach on the State, in order to reveal the representations that minority groups do on the subject. Groups that have traditionally been considered as apolitical, escapist and striker. But they have not paid attention to the language and myths with which they refer to the society and the State. d Hence, in the pentecostal Chilean speech, the State has been considered as a magical, mystic and supreme entity; naming itself as a demiurge, verging on a God or a demon; a protecting father; or a providential God, according to the governments. In this sense the State is image and likeness of the spirit of those who rule, either Gods or a demons.
