摘要
A simple microbridge type of bolometer configuration is fabricated using high quality Zn doped Y1Ba2Cu3O7-delta superconducting thin film. It is shown that Zn doping lowers the T(co) without affecting the transition width significantly. This feature is found to be useful in tuning the operating temperature of the bolometer to 77 K or to another convenient value.
