摘要：

Psychosocial risk factors are conditions that influence the development of occupational stress that affects the health of workers, which has increased prevalence in the population of Colombia, and in this way, it is the State ' s responsibility the review and establishment of laws for the identification, evaluation, prevention, intervention and monitoring of these psychosocial factors, through a number of different instruments designed for this purpose.
