摘要
We can say that this actual essay comes from the interest generated from the study of aggression. Interest reflected in the work place through the 'mobbing' concept. Specifically the study here has as its objective, to provide full view of the advances made by the investigation of harrasment at work, with the purpose to not only show the actual condition of the question about the detection and issues of risk involved in it, but as well giving a guide of action towards the prevention and intervention of the matter.
