摘要
A mathematical model of a modified amperometric enzyme electrode based on a multilayer enzyme membrane has been investigated. The model describes different facilities to extend the linear concentration range of multilayer membrane electrodes as compared to an enzyme sensor with a normal sandwich membrane. This is exemplified by various experimental results.
