摘要
The effects of heavy metal stress on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in the haemolymph and the total body tissue of Lymantria dispar L, larvae parasitized by Glyptapanteles liparidis Bouche larvae were investigated, In the haemolymph, trehalose was extremely reduced, especially after cadmium contaminations (p < 0.001), while sorbitol and glucose concentrations remained more or less unaffected, In the body tissue, glycogen decreased drastically after cadmium and zinc contamination, Lipid concentrations also declined in the haemolymph and total body tissue due to heavy metals, Hence, metal contamination seriously affects the concentrations of the major storage compounds trehalose, glycogen and lipids, As G. liparidis larvae feed on the haemolymph of the forest pest insect L, dispar, their trophic situation is modified due to metal contamination of their host, The regulative function of the parasitoids on the population size of L. dispar is probably affected.
