摘要
A series of novel Mannich bases of 7-acyl-5-chloro-2-oxo-3H-benzoxazoles were synthesized by reacting them with formaldehyde and several seconder amine derivatives. Their chemical structures were elucidated by means of their IR, H-1-NMR data and by elemental analysis. Investigation of in vitro antimicrobial activity of compounds was done by broth microdilution method against six pathogenic bacteria.
