摘要
The main purpose of this work is to predict the rain attenuation in satellite communications up to 2016. For this, linear regression, exponential smoothing, Box-Jenkins methods were used. The investigation was of predictive and of non experimental design, and was carried out in three fundamental methodological phases. Our results show how statistical methods can be employed as a fundamental tool for implementing communication links.
