摘要
During recent years, major newspapers in the Argentine press have been the scene of a debate on the sanction of the current law on sexual education that was protagonized by two institutions: the Church and State. This paper investigates into the folds of speeches that shape this debate, putting the focus on those operations discursive to establish, define and stabilize the meaning of "gender perspective". To this end, the theoretical and methodological perspective of this investigation considers the contributions of the postestructuralist feminism and forms, on time, in the field of the theory of social discourse. Thus, it is understood that social discourses form a patchwork that is overdetermined by a discursive hegemony that operates through mechanisms of regulation and homogenization that are to impose forms and degrees of acceptability, readability and legitimacy. From this approach, we intend to make visible the operations of the discursive hegemony in the arguments of different formulations in the debate they are spoken about "gender", from conceptualizing the contributions of feminism postestructuralist relationships that these speeches down their production conditions.
