THE STRENGTHS IN THE DEFENSE OF HAVANA (CUBA) AT THE END OF THE 18TH CENTURY

The aim of the paper is to show the great difficulties that those responsible for the maintenance of the Spanish administration clashed in the main stronghold of the Caribbean in the eighteenth century.
