Pedagogy and Educational Leadership. A Reflection Built from Experience

摘要
Searching for answers to his profession as a pedagogue led the author to reflect on his own professional life story, following the path offered by the phenomenological hermeneutical methodology. The first part of the article describes the methodological bases of the study. In the second part, the author explains a period of his life that marked his future career as a pedagogue and his educational leadership stages. At the end, he opens the door to project ourselves through the interpretation and understanding of the areas of pedagogical work that his experience as a principal has suggested him.
