摘要
This paper proposes a new model called the randomness-phonon model to derive the Kohlrausch-Williams-Watt (KWW) form of the relaxation function, namely exp[-(t/tau*)1-n]. in our theory the index n has clear physical meaning. The term (1 - n) corresponds to the degree of randomness.
