摘要
Fabrication and characterization of Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2Ox superconducting thin films, dc-magnetron sputtered from a stoichiometric oxide target on MgO and CaNdAlO4 single crystals is reported. Despite a very short annealing time (5 minutes at 900 °C in air), the films are highly textured with a dominant 80-K phase. They exhibit a 5-K-wide superconducting transition, and sustain supercurrents densities above 105 A/cm2 at temperatures below 55 K. We also demonstrate that the CaNdAlO4 substrates are suitable for deposition of epitaxial Bi-based superconducting films. © 1990, Elsevier Science Publishers B.V. (North-Holland).
