摘要
Because the elderly tend not to respond to standard Residential Conservation Service (RCS) audit programmes, different programme structures and marketing approaches may be needed to serve the elderly segment adequately. The main purposes of this article are to describe the organizational features and marketing approaches that managers of energy conservation programmes targeted to the elderly have found to be effective, and to present the policy implications of these programme characteristics.
