摘要：

The article deals with the problem of the competence as one of the aspects of self-perfecting of a future specialist's personality, the place and significance of the valuable and semantic components in the formation of competence. The author investigates ackmeological and axiological approaches in the way of gaining some necessary qualities by a personality and the models of behavior in the formation of competence.
