摘要：
This paper analyzed the question of estimating machine tool acurracy from stiffness characteristics that reflect the effect of friction forces in the contacts. Experiments conducted on Model 16K20 lathes and mathematical processing of their results have confirmed that quantitative indices of machine tool stiffness characteristics are useful for accuracy estimates.
