摘要
This paper offers some reflections about several issues emerging from a clinical analysis by a neurotic woman, presenting an investigation results of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, made for the Master in Psychology of the Universidad del Norte, 2008. This analysis identifies the organization of object relations and describes the patterns of an early relationship leading to a formation of superego, and the influence of this instance on women's current relations as study objects prior to technical guidelines on the approach to this structure. The psycho-diagnostic work was supported by implementation of Human Figure Tests and Thematic Apperception. A reading was obtained from a psychodynamic approach leading to discover that presence of hostile, dismissive and aggressive male during childhood outlines a forced and demanding relationship style as a way to alter aggressive impulses. Psychotherapeutic issues were focused to modify the superego structure with significant achievements for the patient.
