摘要：

This paper aims to investigate through the pronouncements of President Dilma Rousseff and their relations established for the construction of social identity, gender, discourse and legitimation in the political context. The data analysis allowed us to conclude that the discursive strategies presented in the construction of social identity were used to provide legitimacy according to the political inclusion of women.
