摘要
Directions of development of the technological providing of process of forming of integral knowledge are considered about the system of selection and orientation of training of sportsmen in a long-term process. It is marked that the enormous array of scientific knowledge is not incorporated in the integral system, in which the process of sporting selection, orientations of sporting training, is organically tied up with the stages of longterm perfection of sportsmen. Conception of forming of integral knowledge is presented about the system of selection of sportsmen and their orientation in the process of long-term perfection. It is the difficult, purposeful, dynamic system of theoretical and methodological knowledge about integral pedagogical knowledge. Basis of such knowledge is based on the system, integrative activity and personality-oriented approaches. The offered conception can provide stability of development of all of the system of training of sportsmen.
