摘要
An efficient automated micromethod for the enzymatic determination of lactulose is described. Disadvantages of the official macromethod, e.g. time expenditure and high consumption of enzymes, are eliminated. By miniaturizing the complete working process, the consumption of reagents and enzymes could be reduced by a factor of 10. 48 samples could be analyzed in one run with low work and time expenditure. In comparison to the chromatographic methods suggested by the International Dairy Federation, the method described combines a high sample throughput with excellent detection sensitivity and reproducibility.
