摘要
The role of silicon (up to approximately 4.8%) in the intercrystalline corrosion of tempered austenitic stainless steel Kh20N20 at potentials corresponding to the region of the active-passive transition and the end of the passive region has been studied. The mechanism of intercrystalline corrosion for silicon-containing steels in relation to the redox properties of the medium and the heat treatment schedule is discussed.
