The objective of this study is to verify the changes in body composition of two groups of physically active women from 35 to 53 years old, customers of gym for at least two years. For over four months the two groups held three sessions per week of physical activity, and 50% of training of force and 50% of cardiorespiratory training with 80 minutes each session. The physical activity group with the food restriction in 24 women group participated to meeting with nutritionist's orientation using diet round 1500 Kcal. The group of physical activity it also composed by 24 women. The results of the studies showed significant changes in body composition of the group that the training associated with the restriction of food in the variables PC 66.40 to 64.90, % of G 22.46 to 19.79, BMI of 24.92 to 24.36 and 50.99 MCM, to 51.62, higher than the group that only took the training without restriction food, PC, 60.21 to 59.96, 17.69% of G to 17.26, BMI of 22,35 to 22.29 and 49.12 MCM, to 49.22. This study suggests that physical activity associated with the feed restriction is most effective on the changes in body composition than the physical activity exercised without restriction food, looking this way that the work multidisciplinary becomes increasingly efficient for the maintenance of health.
