摘要：

The gamma spectrum, the angular distributions, and the linear polarization of gamma rays are measured along with the lifetimes of levels in the Ce-140(n,n'gamma) reaction using fast reactor neutrons. The multipole mixtures in a large number of gamma transitions are determined, and the completeness of the level scheme of Ce-140 up to E(exc)=3.3 MeV with J=1-5 is established.
