摘要
The obtaining of hydrogen by photolysis of water was studied in a laboratory reactor employing a photosystem consisting of chloroplasts, hydrogenase and an electron mediator. To improve the biochemical stability of chloroplasts ana hydrogenase they were entrapped in polyvinyl alcohol films. The effect of immobilization upon hydrogen evolution was studied in various types of entrapment.
