摘要：
The immobilization of biologically active compounds (enzymes, drugs, antigene antibodies, microorganisms and tissues) by means of ionizing radiation is surveyed. Some specific advantages of this technique in comparison with chemically initiated immobiliation are emphasized. The radiation immobilized compounds are applied in the diagnostic and therapeutical medicine, in the biotechnology and affinity chromatography. The close team cooperation of physicians, bio-, polymer and radiation chemists represents necessary condition for this advanced approach.
