摘要
In this paper, we propose a system for the management of team building and team update activities particularly suited in a scenario where projectised organisations operate. Our system is characterised by three important features that appear particularly relevant in this scenario; specifically: it defines and uses a model to uniformly represent and handle expert skills it is highly distributed and, therefore, is tailored to the typical organisation of the current job market where projectised organisations are intermediating most job positions it considers not only experts' technical skills, but also their social and organisational capabilities, as well as the affinity degree possibly shown by them when they worked together in the past. In this paper, we first describe our system in all details; then, we present the results of some experiments devoted to evaluate its performance; finally, we compare it with some related systems already proposed in the literature.
