THE ROLE OF ECONOMIC LAW AS A FACTOR OF RECONCILIATION BETWEEN LIBERALISM AND SOCIALISM

The Economic Law is guided by the great challenge of structuring a new conception of state with the peculiarities of the modern society, which the neo-liberalism dominates. The historical economistic evolution slowly came to discuss the conduct of the means of production, from the perspective of the man x work. From the various streams of thought, we realize the eternal conflict between the classical liberal and the humanitarian socialists in the conquest of intellectual space and pragmatism of their proposals so widespread and little respected. Social democracy emerges as a synthesis theory between the extreme defenders of the ideals of the French Revolution and the defenders of the Bolshevik Revolution. The discipline of Economic Law seeks to highlight the salient features of the ideals of worlds so opposed doctrinally, outlining new approaches to what kind of state we want to be.
