DIRECT OBSERVATION OF 2ND EXCITED 1,3(N,PI-STAR) STATES OF PYRAZINE BY UV-IR DOUBLE-RESONANCE DIP SPECTROSCOPY

摘要
UV-IR fluorescence and phosphorescence dip spectroscopy have been applied for the observation of the second excited 1,3(n,π*) states pyrazine in the vapor. The observed state energies agree very well with those of the ab initio calculation with DZCI. © 1990.
