摘要
The article is about the characters share between Cuban academics and business women as the research of these authors. This topic belongs to the gender, science and professions studies. Academy and enterprises are different but only in appearance. Women have been working in this subject during the past decades. That's why women feel personal conflict, contradictions, anguish and depress. Besides they can't gather together public and private spaces.
