摘要
A new concept of the virtual wave front is introduced, and a principle of generating a virtual wave front by using space-time degeneracy in a scan-synchronized wavelength-shift interferometer is proposed. Results of preliminary experiments are presented to demonstrate the validity of the principle, and some applications of the virtual wave fronts are suggested. (C) 1995 Optical Society of America.
